About the desserts:

Only the best ingredients are used, which means for items containing fresh fruits, there could be variations in variety depending on the season. Valrhona chocolates are used in all the cakes, unless stated otherwise.
Orders and Payments:
Please order as far in advance as possible. This is to ensure that I can make the cakes as close to delivery time as possible. Full payment is expected via bank transfer no later than 3 days before the pick-up date.
Pickup:
Please pick up your items from my place near Newton between 10am to 8pm. Bring a cooler bag if the cake is temperature sensitive. Let me know if travel time will be longer than 30 minutes for mousse cakes so I can freeze it briefly for you prior to your pickup time. Once you have picked up the cake you are responsible for the integrity of the cake so please be careful when transporting delicate items.
